What format do you accept artwork in for my job?
To guarantee the highest quality of printing on your banners, Same Day Banners Houston recommends that all images used for your print work be submitted in the highest resolution available, more preferably 300 dpi at 100%. Additionally we only accept the following file formats: .pdf, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, and more preferably .eps.
Can I design my banner online?
Yes you can design your banner online! Visit www.Canva.com and create your banner or sign design. Simply download your file to the spec size of the product and email your file to sales@bannershtx.com.
Do you ship your products?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. Cost of shipping can be determined by size, weight and distance at time of order.
Will Same Day Banners Houston design my job?
Of course! We will design your job if you do not have current artwork prepared. The artwork design fee ranges from $25.00 – $50.00. All components need to be submitted to Same Day Banners Houston in the highest resolution and best quality available, including: logos, photos, images. Please submit any and all text that needs to be used on your piece along with your other components. Please proof your text prior to sending.
Is Same Day Banners Houston open on the weekend?
Same Day Banners Houston is not open on Saturday or Sunday, however if you schedule with us in advance and must have a banner printed the same-day, we will do our best to accommodate.
Are all jobs considered “Same Day”?
No, they are not. If you are requesting a same-day piece to be done please let us know at time of order so that we are able to work your job into our schedule.
