History
Westchase Houston, more commonly known to local Houstonians as the Westchase District, was officially established in 1995. Prior to the legislative passing creating the Westchase District this area of Houston began steady growth and became home to many oil, gas and geophysical companies, such as Chevron and Western Geophysical.
BMC Software relocated their headquarters from Sugar Land to the Westchase Houston area back in the early 1990s. Additionally, Phillips 99 constructed their headquarters in Westchase back in 2016.
The Westchase Houston area is located close to the Beltway 8, Gessner Road and Westpark Tollway (South) area. It has become a hub for multiple companies and headquarters. The Westchase area offers many perks to local businesses with plenty of shopping areas and restaurants for entertaining.
